  9. Your greatest ambitions
  10. Your regrets
  11. Your strengths

Now think about how much YOU know about these
important people in your life. Could you describe …

  4. What helps him/her recover from a disappointment
  5. What is the most difficult part of his/her day
  6. What was the hardest thing s/he faced while growing up

If you answered NO to these questions, it may be a good time
for you to take a close look at your emotional footprint.

  • Does this pattern mean that the people you value don’t know the ‘real you’,
    and you don’t get to know the ‘real them’?
  • Are you being self defeating?
  • Are you unwittingly passing this behaviour patterns on to the people around you?
